Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has a long list of films. Each of these has its own fan base. The director recently had a special conversation with India Today.in about his latest project ‘Bloody Ishq’. Let us tell you that he has written the story of this film. Talking about human emotions, he was asked about his life after becoming a grandfather. He accepted the changes in his life. Along with this, he also told which film he would like to show to his granddaughter Rhea Kapoor first.
Mahesh Bhatt replied with a smile, “I want Rhea to watch ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin’ when she turns 16. This film released in 1991 had Mahesh Bhatt’s eldest daughter Pooja Bhatt and Aamir Khan in the lead roles and this film is still liked by cine lovers. Mahesh Bhatt said, “This is one of the most heart touching films. Pooja did a great job in it and Aamir Khan was even better. This is a film in which the human heart resonates. I think a film like that would be perfect.”
Mahesh Bhatt also talked about how the arrival of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s daughter Rhea in 2022 has changed his life. He shared that he has started looking at the world from a different perspective and noticed things that he would have otherwise ignored. The Zakhm director also said that his vision as a filmmaker changed when he first became a father and then a grandfather.
Bhatt got emotional and said, “I look at human stories from a different perspective. Especially after becoming a grandfather. Honestly, I am still not over the achievements of my children and here motherhood has added another dimension. Alia is not only a brilliant actress but also a great mother. It has been a chemical change and Rhea is like a gift from the sky who came out of nowhere and surprised us all.
