Bihar BJP held a large protest on Saturday against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The protest was organized by the BJP’s Scheduled Caste Morcha, and many BJP leaders and workers participated. The protest was in response to Rahul Gandhi’s statement about reservation, made during his visit to the U.S.

Rahul Gandhi’s Statement on Reservation

BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad criticized Rahul Gandhi’s statement on reservation. He said that what Rahul Gandhi said about reservation reveals his true thoughts. He also accused Congress of not allowing Jagjivan Ram, a Dalit leader, to become Prime Minister, highlighting Congress’s anti-Dalit policies. Prasad also claimed that the parties allied with Congress have a similar anti-reservation mindset.

BJP Leaders React

Ravi Shankar Prasad pointed out that while Rahul Gandhi talks about conducting a caste census in India, abroad, he speaks about ending reservations. He emphasized that reservation will never end in India. Minister Nitin Nawin added that Rahul Gandhi, who once praised the Constitution during elections, is now disrespecting it on foreign soil. He said the Gandhi family has always had this attitude of weakening the country.

Vijay Kumar Sinha Criticizes Congress

Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha accused Congress and RJD of insulting Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and the Constitution. He said these parties are against reservation and don’t care about the welfare of marginalized people. He also claimed that Rahul Gandhi’s anti-reservation mindset was revealed in the U.S. and demanded that Rahul Gandhi apologize for his comments.
