The special thing is that he has bought it in the same building in which Aryan’s parents Gauri Khan and Aryan Khan once lived. The price of this flat of Aryan Khan is Rs 37 crores.
Aryan Khan has bought property in Panchsheel Park, Delhi. Registration was done in May 2024, for which Aryan paid stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore. Specifically, Aryan bought both the floors in the same building where Shahrukh and his wife Gauri Khan used to live in their early days. However, Shahrukh Khan’s family already has basement and ground floor in this building.
It is noteworthy that in January 2023, Suhana Khan has purchased farmland in Alibaug, Maharashtra for Rs 12.91 crore. A year later, in February 2024, he bought another beach front property near Mumbai. The price of this luxurious property is more than Rs 10 crore. Which also includes stamp duty charges. If media reports are to be believed, Aryan Khan is soon going to start his career in Bollywood as a director. However, no official announcement has been made regarding this.
